Cabin Rental Refundable Deposit Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing our cabin for your vacation! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we require a refundable security deposit. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Security Deposit Amount: Upon booking, a security deposit of £200 will be charged. This deposit covers any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items during your stay.

2. Damage Assessment: After your departure, we will inspect the cabin. If no damage is found, the full deposit will be refunded within 7 days . If there are any issues, we will deduct the necessary amount from the deposit.

3. Types of Damage Covered:

   • Regular Wear and Tear: Minor wear and tear resulting from normal use is not covered by the deposit.
   • Occasional Damage: Broken items or significant cleaning needs fall under this category. We’ll assess these on a case-by-case basis.
   • Rare and Severe Damage: Any substantial damage beyond wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit.

4. Communication: If we need to withhold any portion of the deposit, we’ll promptly notify you via email. We’ll provide an itemized list of deductions and the remaining refund.

5. Return Process: The deposit will be returned via the same method used for payment .

6. Guest Responsibility: Please treat our cabin with care and respect. Report any issues promptly to avoid additional charges.
